About Me

Hello and welcome! I'm Abhinav, a yoga guru and mudra expert, guiding seekers to rediscover their inner rhythm through breath, mudras, and traditional yoga.
For me, yoga is not a profession; it is a calling. My journey began when I realised how the simple act of breathing, something we all take for granted, had become shallow and dysfunctional in my own life. Stress, modern habits, and restless thoughts had stolen the natural flow of my breath, leaving me exhausted and unbalanced.

The Turning Point

It was in this search for balance that I encountered the timeless wisdom of Mudras and Pranayama.

Through these ancient practices, I reconnected with my breath, rebuilt my energy, and discovered a deeper peace that I never thought possible. This wasn't just healing, it was transformation. I realised then that the breath is not merely air moving in and out. It is prana, the life force that connects us to vitality, clarity, and awareness.

The Mission

This realisation became my mission. Today, through SwaraVikasa Yoga, I help students:

  • Correct dysfunctional breathing patterns
  • Improve lung capacity and vitality
  • Access deep states of relaxation
  • Use yoga as a tool for healing and transformation
  • Reconnect with their inner consciousness through tradition

Teaching Style & Philosophy

My approach is rooted in tradition but adapted for the modern seeker. I believe yoga is not just about postures; it is about living in harmony with the breath, body, and mind.
