We aim to maintain transparency and fairness in all financial matters. Please review our refund guidelines carefully before making a purchase or booking a program.

Class Passes & Memberships

  • Once activated or partially used, class passes and memberships are non-refundable.
  • Partial credits may be issued in special circumstances (such as medical reasons) with valid supporting documentation.

Workshops & Events

  • Refunds for workshops and events are processed in accordance with the timelines outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
  • No refunds are provided for no-shows or cancellations made after the event has concluded.

Online Courses & Digital Products

  • Once accessed, streamed, or downloaded, online courses and digital products are non-refundable.

Refund Requests & Processing

All refund requests must be submitted via email to info@swaravikasayoga.com within the applicable policy timelines.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
